पिछले हफ्ते एक parent ने message किया - 'Ma'am, बच्चे का tuition छूट गया। Corona में हमने खुद पढ़ाया था, अब habit बन गई। लेकिन NCERT Math थोड़ी मुश्किल है। कैसे handle करें?' मैं 18 साल से CBSE school में पढ़ा रही हूँ। और honestly? ज़्यादातर NCERT Math topics parents खुद पढ़ा सकते हैं। बस सही approach चाहिए। आज बताती हूँ - NCERT Math घर पर कैसे पढ़ाएं, किन chapters में problem आती है, और SoroKid कैसे foundation strong करता है।
पहले ये समझो - NCERT Math क्यों Important है?
NCERT CBSE का official textbook है। Board exam 100% NCERT से आता है। JEE, NEET की foundation भी NCERT है। अगर NCERT concepts clear हैं, तो सब आसान।
Problem ये है कि बच्चे NCERT को boring मानते हैं। Reference books में colorful pictures होती हैं, NCERT plain लगती है। लेकिन concepts NCERT में ही सबसे clear हैं।
घर पर NCERT Math पढ़ाने की Complete Strategy
Step 1: Chapter को खुद पहले पढ़ो
बच्चे को पढ़ाने से पहले chapter खुद पढ़ो। Examples देखो। Exercises solve करो। अगर कोई concept समझ नहीं आया तो YouTube पर देख लो।
ये step skip मत करो। जब तक आपको clear नहीं, बच्चे को कैसे समझाओगे?
Step 2: Concept पहले, Sums बाद में
गलती ये होती है कि सीधे सवाल solve करवा देते हैं। पहले concept समझाओ। Real life examples दो। Visualization करवाओ। फिर sums।
Fractions पढ़ाते हो? पहले pizza काटो - 4 pieces, 8 pieces। फिर NCERT examples।
Step 3: NCERT Examples ज़रूर करवाओ
NCERT में जो solved examples हैं, वो gold हैं। बच्चे से पूछो - 'इसमें क्या step है? क्यों किया?' रटने मत दो, समझने दो।
Step 4: Exercise Systematically करवाओ
Exercise के questions level-wise होते हैं। पहले easy वाले, फिर medium, फिर hard। Order में करवाओ। Skip मत करो।
Step 5: Exemplar Problems for Practice
NCERT Exemplar में extra questions हैं। ये थोड़े tricky होते हैं। NCERT complete होने के बाद Exemplar करवाओ।
Class-wise Guide: कौन से Chapters में Parents Help कर सकते हैं
Class 1-3
ये classes पूरी parents handle कर सकते हैं। Numbers, counting, addition, subtraction - basic है। SoroKid से daily practice करवाओ।
Class 4-5
Multiplication tables, division, fractions शुरू होते हैं। ये भी manageable है। Visualization important है।
Class 6-7

Class 8
